Her manager is happy with her work but unhappy that she waits until the last minute to deliver the goods. How can she prevent her procrastination from derailing her career?

Saying No in DC is a supervisor in a highly functioning government agency that provides stellar service to stakeholders. While that’s great and all, the burnout is very real. Nobody wants to say “no” and now they find themselves on the road to burnout. Their latest employee viewpoint scores have dropped dramatically. The reason no one feels empowered to say no to requests is because of fear of funding being cut. What to do?
